LAlarm is intended to enhance laptop security and reduce security
risks, but is intended neither to solve every laptop security problem
nor being foolproof. Often a multi layer protection is better than a
single layer protection. Thus, we suggest that you should also
utilize other security solutions besides LAlarm such as backup,
firewall, antivirus, encryption and so on. Furthermore, there are some other preventive measures you could take in order to prevent laptop theft and protect your laptop and data.
